During my stay, I was very disappointed with the heating in my room, which was inadequate and made the entire experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the steep staircase poses a significant challenge, especially for someone carrying luggage. I also found it frustrating that the broken blind remained unfixed, allowing too much light in at night, which disrupted my sleep.
